The apartment is located in Olón, in the center of the town, and 200 meters from the sea. It's very comfortable. 10 minutes from Montañita by car and close to the communes for outdoor activities. The space There are two rooms. The first room has its bathroom included, and a double and a half bed. The second bedroom has an external bathroom and a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one and a half people. In the first room there are sheets and bedspreads that can be used to sleep on the sofa bed. Guest access The condominium has a garage but this depends on the concurrence of the other guests. There is no parking per apartment The pool is available, as long as Daniel or Carlos (condominium staff) are instructed to have access to it. The small Gym is free to use. Other things to note There is WIFI, TV, and there is a default NETFLIX user for guest use. Guests are asked to use the outdoor shower in the condo so they do not enter the apartment with sand. Any damage to any item in the apartment must be reported to the host and must be compensated by the guest.
