The space Experience all 5 senses of the south coast lifestyle at “Fishermans Shack”. Hear the serene sounds of the ocean all day long. See the beautiful aqua water flowing out the entrance. Smell the salty fresh air brush past you and feel the sand touch your feet. The sun filled verandah has views that stretch across the ocean. Inside, the open plan lounge / dining room have large window that allow both the views and the sunlight to fill the room. The kitchen features a microwave, oven, grill, kettle & toaster for all cooking requirements. Or if you feel like eating out, indulge in the many local eateries that Burrill Lake, Ulladulla & Mollymook have to offer. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT SUPPLY LINEN Downstairs is designed for fun! There is a pool table with a score board, a TV & board games for all to enjoy. The bathroom features a shower, sink & seperate toilet. Or you can make use of the outside shower, located externally next to the garage. Inside the garage / entertaining area provides a seperate toilet, BBQ, washing machine & dryer, fridge & table and chairs. Walk 1 minute across the road to the the pristine waters of Burrill Lake. Although please be cautious when swimming here as the entrance rips can be dangerous. If you are looking for kid friendly swimming spot we recommend heading down the lake a little more, or drive 12 minutes to Mollymook Beach or Mollymook Bogey Hole. This property is an older style house with original bathroom and kitchen. Please have realistic expectations when booking this property as it is older but the position is ideal.
