If you’ve just enjoyed the great walleye fishing and need a little relaxation then let me welcome you to the Loft, located in the quiet resort hamlet of Collingwood Lakeshore Estates. Right next door to some of the best fishing that Saskatchewan has to offer. Many a trophy has come from these waters close by. Summer and winter the fishing is great and the Loft offers all the comforts after an exciting day on Last Mountain. The space The Loft itself is not lakefront and sits on 3/4 of an acre. Numerous fruit trees native to Saskatchewan have been planted. Haskaps, saskatoons, dwarf cherries, strawberries, raspberries and grapes may be available for guests to pick. The Loft itself has all the comforts for relaxation after a day on the lake. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped modern kitchen, 4 piece bathroom and living room with 55” smart tv with Netflix, Prime and Apple TV to stream with super fast Starlink wifi. Central A/C and heat make it nice and cozy. Downstairs is washer and dryer which is shared with host. Use of washer and dryer limited to guests with stays of 4 days or more. Outside there’s the fire pit, natural gas bbq, smoker, hammock and table and chairs. Plenty of space to park your boat and adequate power source to charge those batteries. The Loft has everything to make your stay enjoyable. The hamlet of Collingwood also offers basketball, horseshoe pit and frisbee golf. The boat launch c/w dock is 2 minutes down the road. Rowan’s Ravine is 8 kn south and has a store, marina with gas and a restaurant. Guest access The guests have the entire upstairs and access to the fire pit area outside. Access and use of laundry is restricted to guests with stays of 4 days or longer. The hosts have unrestricted access to the lower level. Other things to note Dogs are permitted but are not allowed upstairs in the Loft itself. They must stay on the main floor. A bed can be provided. Water for showers, dishes and toilet is hauled in. We are not on city or town water or sewer. Shorter showers and conserving water use is greatly appreciated. See House Manual for more information.
