Please review house rules to ensure alignment prior to booking :-) The space Walkout basement of a home built at the edge of the development, bordering open space, trails & pond has been converted into spacious private guest unit with its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Guest access Guest unit includes access to private theater room (Host help currently required to use; still working to make this self-serve). We try to keep the backyard serene, but it is shared space. Guests have a ground-level patio to enjoy & deck is not accessible to guests. Other things to note We will not accept reservations if you are booking for someone else. The person booking MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
