For guests wanting full breakfast service, this extra request can be coordinated with the host for an additional fee. The space Guests will have access to a private, upstairs bedroom/bath. Additionally, the kitchen, dining and sitting area is available. Please note, this location functions as a low traffic real estate office. It is possible that someone could be working in the downstairs office area. Guest access Front porch, off-Street parking. Other things to note As mentioned in the description, downstairs functions as my office. Although I am not there frequently, it is possible that our paths may cross. The private guest area is upstairs.
