The Nashville songwriter’s nest is a cozy tiny house nestled into a rural hillside overlooking Nashville just 18 miles away. The nest can sleep up to three and is fully equipped with an audio workstation, mics, and instruments to allow you to record your ideas, scratch tracks, or even demos yet travel light. A two mile walking path offers stunning views of downtown Nashville and the surrounding area. Come find your musical inspiration or just some R & R at the nest. The space The songwriter’s nest is on 7 acres of wooded hillside surrounded by other large lots. There is a two mile walking path which is maintained year round, offering stunning views of downtown Nashville and the surrounding area. A cleared area on the hill with a view of the city offers a chance to relax around a fire. A natural valley (hollow) offers a better view of the stars than you will find anywhere closer to the city. The loft is accessible by ladder and has both full and twin mattresses. A smart TV and great Internet access offer a chance to remain connected to the world. The main house is just a few steps away with a full bathroom, utility sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee (keurig) and tea. While most of the private road is paved, there are a few spots that would be harder for cars without much ground clearance. There is virtually unlimited parking.
