You will be provided a check-in code that will be used to unlock the house via the smart-lock on the main front door. Your code will be activated at your scheduled check-in time and deactivated at your scheduled check-out time. Please note - we do have one small storage closet in the garage which is not accessible to guests. Other things to note • Please remove your shoes at the door • Please be mindful and turn off lights when not needed • No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $1000 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied. • No parties • No pets • Please be respectful of the neighbors - quiet hours after 10 PM • Report damages • Long-term stays are welcome. Stays longer than 2 weeks will require maintenance cleaning throughout the stay. • Due to liability concerns, we do not permit the use of our address for mail or package delivery. Alternative options include package pickup at the local UPS Store, FedEx Office store, or Amazon lockers.
