A minimum $500 cleaning fee applies for violations. Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Large gatherings, outdoor sleeping, tents, parties, weddings, DJs, or any amplified music are not permitted. Visitor counts may not exceed twice the overnight occupancy, and unauthorized events may result in a $2,500 fee and cancellation of stay without refund. Pets are not allowed in this home. Only designated homes are pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets, including Emotional Support or Comfort Animals, will result in a $500 fee. All trailers, boats, UTVs, and other recreational vehicles should be parked in the designated overflow parking area for the duration of your stay, as they are not permitted in any building parking lot. Please visit the Resort Desk for directions to the overflow area. Please note that underground parking garages are reserved for permanent residents and are not available for guest use. Any photography or video production intended for public or commercial use requires written approval from Vacation Rentals at Sand Hollow Resort. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, and repair costs will be charged to the registered guest’s card.
