Relax with the family or a couple at Couran Cove Resort on South Stradbroke Island, located off the Gold Coast. Leave your car behind and enjoy a 20 mins resort ferry from Mariners Cove or take your own boat. This 1 bedroom unit offers 1 king bed room and 2 sofa beds in the lounge area. Fully self contained with extra kitchen bench space in the main area as well as a gas BBQ on the deck over looking the Marina. The unit is located on the top level with ramps(no stairs) with a unit below. The space The unit overlooks the marina. At night the lights on the boardwalk and restaurant are picturesque . The kitchenette has a fridge, 2 burner stove cook top and microwave. There is also kettle, toaster, Ninja blender, ice maker, water filter unit and an espresso coffee machine. There is no oven but an air fryer. You can also cook on the deck with the gas bbq. The unit is walking distance to the resort, restaurants, bars, beaches and bushland. The resort amenities include pools, bike hire, tennis courts, cafes, bike tracks, games venue, walking tracks, rainforest boardwalk. Guest access There are no cars on the island, access is by ferry, water taxi or private boat. Walking or cycling are the best modes of transport on the island. The resort offers water sports and outdoor activities, which equipment can be purchased from the games room, next to the main restaurant. Other things to note The boardwalk restaurant is open most nights and does breakfast and lunch. This can vary though in quiet times. The pool cafe opens seasonally.
