The space This self-contained property is an ideal base for couples and families wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding area by foot, visit nearby towns, or venture further into the stunning Lake District National Park. Well behaved dogs are welcome on request for a small extra charge (£30). All we ask is that it is not allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the property without our prior consent. Washroom with toilet and electric shower unit. 1st Floor: Master bedroom with comfortable king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided. Second bedroom: contains a bunkbed with a double and single mattress (3 spaces). Landing space contains a desk which can act as a workspace if required. Outside: Views across the Lake District National Park. Seating area with bistro table & 2 chairs to the front and table, 4 chairs and parasol to the rear, ideal for catching the afternoon sun. Private, off-road parking at rear of the property also available. This is a non smoking property. Guest access You will have sole access to this property during your stay. With fully equipped house, private parking space and outside areas to the front and rear of the property. Nearest train stations are located in Kendal and Penrith.
