Welcome to our hill-side country garden, escape and meander through the quiet established ‘nursery’ like garden. Find yourself a seat to enjoy the tranquility and bird life or stride out the back gate directly onto kilometers of elevated, accessible walking paths on Federation Hill. The space This listing is for a quiet self-contained one bedroom apartment (the southern wing) with its own lounge, mini kitchen and spacious bathroom that has access to the garden and BBQ facilities. Access the apartment through the rear court yard (via a key safe) into a mini kitchen with a pull-out breakfast bar and continue on your private climate-controlled lounge with smart TV giving access via Apps such as: Netflix, YouTube, Stan, ABC Iview, SBS On Demand etcetera. Please note you may require your personal logins for some of these. Free to air ABC is not accessible as we have no antenna. Rest well on a comfy queen bed that comes with a remote controlled fan, a variety of pillows, fresh linen, towels, clothes hangers and a bedside table. You are welcome to bring a baby and your porta cot, however we are not a child safe home. The bathroom is a step back in time: 3 rooms in all with a powder room with double basins, separate toilet and shower as well as a claw foot bath. Towels, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided as are ironing facilities for guests to use. Off street and on street parking is available in this quiet court. The kitchen houses a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, and bench-top convection oven as well as coffee facilities. A barbecue is available for guests in the courtyard and several private seated areas and tables are scattered throughout the property. Guest access Guests are welcome to wander or pull up a seat in this beautiful well established garden that extends up the hill to the walking/biking track beyond. The courtyard table and barbecue are communal areas and we welcome you into it. Other things to note The barbecue is available during daylight hours and clearly weather dependent.
