Plenty of space for bikes, kayaks, watercraft, RV's, motorcycles and other oversized vehicles. We have donkeys and horses on our property. They are part of our family at Freda's Casita. It's fun to watch them play from your bedroom window. Choose to watch from afar, or let us introduce you for an up-close experience. If you need a spacious, perfectly appointed bridal suite, or a romantic honeymoon location, we're a very popular option. Our inclusive experience takes you on a memorable journey. You'll leave here feeling better then when you arrived. You have full access on the property of the guest area to include the rear fire pit, pool and private patio adjoining your living room. The hot tub and BBQ are for your use exclusively by our guests. We'd be more than happy to arrange a meet and greet with our donkeys and horses. We ask that a formal introductions take place first so we can provide a safe and positive experience for everybody. Our goal is to let you enjoy the guesthouse and surrounding desert. We live on the property, so we'll be extremely responsive to your needs should you have a request or concern. Our animal barn is located at the back of the property. However, your privacy and comfort is our #1 priority. We'll stay out of your way, but you're always welcome to let us know if you'd like to interact with the animals. On request, we can set-up the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars. Our property is in a rural desert area. You'll have direct access for ATV use, biking, hiking, or horseback-riding. Our neighborhood is a mix of horse and livestock farms connected by long desert roads. We're tucked back in the desert, all within minutes to shopping, restaurants and bull-riding! Adventure at your doorstep, literally with great hiking and trails to explore. Major attractions and The Grand Canyon are easy day trips. Sedona and Prescott are within an hours drive. We've stocked up on helpful information and reading material to plan your perfect Arizona trip. Convenient location off of I-17, with grocery stores, Premier Outlet shopping, restaurants and bull-riding at the Roadrunner Saloon. No problem scheduling Uber or Lyft. We're in close proximity to what makes Arizona so cool! Rent an ATV, or take a balloon ride! You can hike or horseback ride. With easy access to Scottsdale for golf, entertainment, and all major freeways. The Historic Town of Prescott is a 40 minute drive, with Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff a very doable day trip. The short desert dirt road to get to our oasis is easily navigated by vehicles. At the time of your reservation request, please let us know if you plan on parking any oversized vehicles or trailers. We will have the space ready for you upon arrival.
