Two traveler's special: Two rooms & one bathroom

Traveling tandem? Need two beds, two separate rooms and one bathroom? We have you covered. Our upstairs bedroom suite is adjoined by a Jack n' Jill bathroom in between two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is a bunk house with a comfortable twin bed. The other bedroom is a beach themed balcony room with a full bed. Each room has a private in-room sink. Guests should be medium sized non-smoking adults not over 200 lbs. No late night arrivals or afterhours entry. The space Quiet residential area close to attractions and good restaurants. 25 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and 20 minutes from both airports. During your stay Love to meet up and chat but very respectful of your privacy Other things to note We have a very friendly dog named Ginger and she is a big hit with guests.
