There's plenty to do here or just be still and enjoy the tranquility & nature. The space Note: Autumn will be cool inside. Hence the price. The floor is drafty. There is a heat pump, an extra portable element and a small heating fan. Bring woolen socks and something warm to wear inside and a bunch of heat candles maybe😊. A small simple cottage and guest house with room for a total of at least 8 adults in a super cozy cottage area near a bird/fish/swimming lake. The garden is 600 sqm. Guest house and house are 3 meters apart. The guest house can only be occupied in the summer. Guests clean up after themselves. Guest access You will have the main house, the guest house and the property to yourselves. Other things to note A solar-heated outdoor shower is available in the garden. No sun = cold water. It is also possible to draw water to the outdoor shower from the house and thus get warmer water. A portable plastic bathtub is available to place in the toilet where you can shower with a hose from the sink. Then you can empty the bath water outside or in the toilet. In the storage room there are containers to put plastic, cans, metal, cardboard & glass. Next to the storage room, there is a compost where you can dispose of food waste. Alternate food waste with dried garden waste next to it. Combustible garbage is disposed of at the containers further down on Hagtornsstigen. When you check out, clean the kitchen, wash dishes, sweep or vacuum floors, wipe surfaces and in the microwave, refrigerator, etc. Shake duvets, pillows, carpets. Clean the toilet. Bring in the cushions. Same goes for the guest house. Clean the grill, fireball, etc. Close all windows, lock storage & cottages. Take down the sun sail and put it under the bed in the guest house. In the evenings, you bring in the cushions and lock the storage room. You pay extra for firewood for the fireball, barbecue and charcoal, gasoline for the boat engine.
