The large bedroom has sufficient space for two double beds, closet, and an office area. The suite also includes a living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. Guest access In addition to the private guest suite access, you have access to the shared outdoor yard on this half-acre property. This includes a concrete area behind the carport where you can exercise, use in-ground basketball hoop, use the BBQ pit, or just relax on the outdoor furniture. The property also includes a circular driveway that’s accessible to you. Other things to note Please note that $10 per night is charge for each additional guest. Entry door is on S. Llano Street side, not S. 16th Street.
