Charming Bright Cottage on Silver Sands Beach

Our 3 BD 1200 sq ft beach cottage offers easy living directly on the water. It is newly renovated and very comfortable. You can enjoy spectacular views of the water and Charles Island from the vast deck, hide from the heat in cozy rooms with same panoramas, swim, take a stroll along Silver Sands beach or bike in Silver Sands Park. Solid internet connection allows you to work here. Perfect for family get togethers, couples, small groups of friends. No large groups, no parties, no loud music. The space Great for families or small group of friends. Also great for romantic weekend with sunrise/sunset views! The house is very bright with a lot of windows and water view from every room. A huge deck has a dining table, lounge chairs, plenty of cushions and a coal grill. You can also sunbathe directly on the sand on the private beach in front of the deck. Straw mats and beach towels are available. Indoors there is dining area with an expandable table, counter bar connecting open kitchen and lounging area with comfortable couches. Family room has flat screen TV, AppleTV, working area (also with a view!). WiFi throughout the property. Washer and dryer are available for use. Kitchen is newly renovated, with 4-burner gas range, spacious fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, food processor and full range of pots, pans and bowls. Fully stocked with plates, dishes, cutlery, glasses, spices, etc. Peapod delivery is available. All bedrooms are on the second floor, and all afford water views. Master bedroom with queen-size bed, and second bedroom with full-size bed look directly on the water and spectacular sunrise. Third bedroom with a full-size and a twin-size beds has private balcony overlooking sunsets and water view from a side window. First floor bathroom with shower only. Second floor bathroom has Jacuzzi tub. We also have an outside shower to rinse sand and salt. Guest access 4th bedroom and attic are not accessible to guests and will be locked out. Other things to note We would like you to enjoy your stay in our house. This house is our home. We love it very much. Please, be considerate. We would provide you with plentiful shelf & closet space, but please appreciate that our stuff is still there. We cannot accept any pets under any circumstances due to severe allergies.
