A few steps from Calle Atocha, Plaza de Santa Ana, the main museums (Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen), the Botanical Garden and Retiro Park. Very well connected by public transport, and surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and everything you need for a comfortable and authentic stay. Although the apartment is small, it's designed with care and functionality. Its cozy, quiet and bright atmosphere makes it the perfect place to rest and enjoy the city. 🛏 Room / Rest area: - Very comfortable double bed. -TV -Ideal for couples or travelers who value comfort in a functional environment. 🍽️ Kitchen: Equipped with: -2-burner cooktop -Refrigerator and freezer -Microwave - Laundry -Pots, pans, cooking utensils and complete kitchenware - Washing machine Everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy the apartment as if you were at home. 🛋 Living room: - Sofa bed that brings a special vibe to the apartment. -WiFi for the entire apartment. -Cozy space to relax, read or watch a series after a day touring Madrid. 🚿 Bathroom: - Shower -Sink -Toilet -Small, but comfortable and fully functional. 🛏 Capacity: The apartment is designed primarily for 2 people, ideal for couples. However, we can accommodate up to 3 guests. The third person can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed located in the living room. If you need this option, please let us know at the time of booking to prepare everything in advance. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The apartment has hot water via an electric water heater. We recommend responsible use to ensure that hot water is always available throughout the stay. 🛗 Accessibility: The apartment is on the ground floor, so there is no need to climb stairs to access the interior. You just have to go over a small step at the entrance to the building. It's a convenient option for those who prefer to avoid climbing floors or carrying suitcases up stairs. This small studio is ideal for a romantic getaway or for travelers who want to enjoy downtown Madrid on foot. Its excellent location and functional design will allow you to experience the city in a practical and stylish way. You will love it here! Guest access Currently, work is being carried out outside of us in the building. You may encounter building materials and some noise. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated completion date for these works. We appreciate your understanding and are available for any additional questions. Other things to note 📘 House rules: - Quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. - No Smoking If you do, you will have to pay a 50e fee. - Flexible check-in and check-out depending on availability. Happy to help whenever possible. - Entry or check-in is in person, contact me through the app and we'll arrange the arrival. It's usually at 3:00 PM but I can be flexible if outgoing guests allow me. - Check-in after 10 P.M. will incur an additional charge of €20 - Check-in after midnight will incur an additional fee of €30 - Losing or forgetting the keys will result in a fine of €50 in addition to the cost of repairing/opening/replacing the key or lock. - Guests are expected to keep the home reasonably clean. If the apartment is excessively dirty at check-out, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Also, if the accommodation's garments or textiles (towels, sheets, blankets, etc.) have stains that are difficult to remove, an extra fee may be applied, depending on the type of stain and the complexity of its recovery. - An additional deposit may be requested in certain cases.
