House has gas heat and air conditioning, and floors are carpeted. There is a large deck with great morning sun and evening shade. Kitchen includes a passthrough and counter to the dining room, allowing conversation between the two rooms but separation for the cook! *Note - Large screen smart TV's have access to Netflix and Amazon prime plus numerous other apps. Standard TV channels (i.e. cable) are not available at this time.
