This space is a 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, and 1 bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has been converted into a personal gym. This entire space is cooled with window A/C units in each room which keeps the entire place very cool. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware to cook simple meals during your stay. Combo coffeemaker for K-Cups and drip-brewed coffee is available. Complimentary K-Cups, ground coffee, tea/hot chocolate K-Cups, etc., creamer, and sugar are provided. In the bathroom, you will find complimentary toiletries, towel sets and makeup removal towels. Dedicated workspace with WiFi/high-speed internet. Parking is free and available right in front, only steps away from your private entrance. Roku TV w/ apps like Hulu, Netflix, Prime, and more is available on large 55” TV (be sure to bring your own login information). Washer/dryer available. No dishwasher currently available. Second bedroom has been converted into a personal home gym equipped with a treadmill, dumbbells, weights, yoga mats, resistance bands, a medicine ball, a foam roller, and an ab roller. Guest access This space is on one side of a duplex. You will have full and private access to an entire space with your own private entrance. You will have keyless entry with your own custom door code to enter into the digital keypad. The code will be provided upon check-in. You can check in any time after 4:00 pm using your custom code. This is NOT a shared space. Other things to note Please ensure you read this entire listing as well as the House Rules, which are STRICTLY enforced. There is one small step down at the entrance door, but no other steps at this listing. NO pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted in or on the property without prior written permission. Bringing a pet without prior authorization will result in a $300 fee. You will also be asked to check out early without a refund. NO smoking or vaping inside. If there is evidence of smoking/vaping or the smell of smoke inside the space, a $250 fee will be incurred. NO parties or events. If there is noticeable damage as a result of unauthorized guests, a cost will be incurred and will be charged to you. NO children. This space is not equipped for children. NO Third-Party Bookings There is one Ring doorbell camera located on the outside of the door at your private entrance. This Ring doorbell camera actively records audio and video outside 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If anything is broken or stained, please notify me immediately. By booking this Airbnb listing, you acknowledge and agree that the Airbnb Hosts of this listing shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained by you, the Guest(s) as a result of the use of any gym equipment. You also agree to accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses of any type, or damages that may occur to you or your guests in the gym area. Additional safety terms are included in the house manual that you'll receive before check-in. This space is equipped with window A/C units in each room that keeps the entire space nicely cooled. The closet in the gym area is locked which houses cleaning supplies used on the property.
