The space THE BUNGALOW You are renting the entire 3-Bedroom, 1-Bath Main House at the front of the property. It has been beautifully updated with modern furniture and appliances. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8) • Primary Bedroom: King Bed (Memory Foam) • Bunk Room: Full-over-Queen Bunk Bed (Great for kids or adults) • Twin Room: 2 Twin Beds THE AMENITIES • Gourmet Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine. • Living & Entertainment: Relax with a 65-inch Smart HDTV (Amazon Prime Video, Chromecast, Disney+) and fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming. • Family-Friendly: We provide a crib, Pack ’n Play, standalone high chair, changing table, and baby safety gates. • Parking: Private driveway parking + free street parking. SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE • Hot Tub: A year-round hot tub is located in the backyard. It is shared with the small guest house (Casita) in the back. • Backyard: The yard space is shared. Note: Casita guests may walk through the side gate to access trash bins. Guest access SEAMLESS KEYLESS ENTRY: We send your secure door code 3 days before arrival. PARKING: You have exclusive use of the Driveway in front of the house. There is also ample free street parking directly in front. Other things to note 🐾 PET POLICY: We love dogs! We allow up to 2 dogs ($75 Fee per Dog). • Please keep pets off furniture and clean up the yard immediately. • Pets must not be left unattended unless crated. • Zero Impact: Please ensure no sign of the pet is left behind to avoid extra cleaning charges. ⛔ STRICT RULES (Please Read) • No Smoking: Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside. $500 Remediation Fine. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. We are in a quiet neighborhood and noise complaints are taken seriously. 🌿 DESERT CLIMATE Utah is a high desert environment. While we have a strict pest control contract, you may occasionally see an ant or box elder bug, especially during seasonal changes. This is normal for the area!
