Independent room near town center and Erdre

In the village of Nort-sur-Erdre and a few steps from the Erdre, we offer a large independent 18 m² bedroom in our family home with private ensuite bathroom, very bright and overlooking the landscaped garden. It has an outdoor area and independent access to the street for total autonomy. We welcome many cyclists: adjoining garage to store your bikes and possibility to recharge your batteries. The space This room with modern comforts is located on the ground floor of our old mansion, where we live with our three young children. Note for potential allergy sufferers: we have a cat. Non-smoking house. Other things to note Kids friendly: possibility to lend you a folding bed with mattress and sheet, a small child-sized mattress to put on the floor, games and children's books available upon request. For sunny days, we offer our outdoor pool (time slots to be defined together), a 3-seater kayak and a paddleboard. Please note, we open the pool for the season around mid-May depending on the weather, check with us before booking if it is open :) If you're looking for a longer-term rental, please let us know.
