Self Check-in The space Single loft-style apartment with separate entrance 5 minutes from Monterrey Technological Park, there is a convenience store 3 blocks away and an Oxxo. *Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, if a smell of smoke is detected, a fine equivalent to $150 USD will be charged* *The apartment is equipped with Alexa, a smart voice assistant that turns on the lights, tells you the time, temperature, turns on the TV, AC, plays your favorite music, alarms and more through your voice* Check-in is after 3 pm and you can arrive at the time you need since it is self check-in, if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me and I will gladly assist you :) *The apartment is on the top floor*
