The space This charming renovated home, set on almost half an acre, offers abundant parking and a spacious yard. With a total of 7 beds, including 1 king, 2 queens, 2 fulls, 2 twins, and 1 pull-out sofa, along with 3 full bathrooms, it provides ample space for a relaxing getaway. The property is divided into two distinct units. The main house features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), a full pull-out sofa, 2 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, laundry facilities, and 2 inviting living rooms. The lakeside cabin, downstairs right on the waterfront, offers large built-in bunk beds (2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and a lounge couch), along with an efficiency kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, Keurig) and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Numerous dining areas and a variety of outdoor patios, porches, and decks provide the perfect settings for you to enjoy your meals and take in the serene surroundings. Guest access You will access the property by electronic keypad. All of the property inside of the fences is for your enjoyment. For your safety, please do not go outside of the fences or stairs near the water. The shed next to the main house is not for guest access. The boat lift may not be used for guest's personal watercraft. Other things to note For guests traveling with furry companions, we welcome up to 2 pets, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Your pets are sure to love the open spaces and scenic surroundings as much as you will. Please note that both the main house and the cabin are rented together to ensure a complete and cohesive experience during your stay. Our thoughtfully supplied kitchen comes with essential ingredients such as salt, pepper, an assortment of spices, cooking spray, cooking oil, Keurig coffee pods, and sweeteners for your convenience. In each bathroom, you'll find a selection of amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, and makeup-removing wipes to enhance your stay. For your laundry needs, our laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets to keep your clothes fresh and clean.
