It has planned cabinets and shelves. All the outlets in the house are 110 volts. The space Enjoy the cozy space with a "homey" feel. The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the train and subway (Maracanã Station), next to Maracanã Stadium, also next to the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), in front of Pedro Ernesto Hospital. On the main street where the building is located there are many shops such as: restaurants, bars, pharmacies, markets, greengrocers, gyms, etc. The apartment in general has a balcony with a clear view of the neighborhood, a living room with TV (with local channels in Rio de Janeiro) and a dining table, a social bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, 1 common bedroom, a kitchen and a service area (with a semi-automatic washing machine). During your stay I leave my guests at ease, but I am available whenever they need me. Other things to note - If you have any problems, whether it's cleaning, something that has broken, or anything else, or any questions, always contact me - Please note that the entire apartment does not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans, which ventilate well! But the apartment is in the afternoon sun, so on hot days and when it comes to Rio de Janeiro, which has temperatures that feel more than 40 degrees, it doesn't give way! Some guests usually bring an extra fan (those who can bring or buy one) - There is no microwave in the kitchen, to heat food there is a stove and oven! After preparing meals in the kitchen, leave the dishes and stove clean, and the kitchen organized. At Check-out, remove all your food from the cupboard, refrigerator, and freezer. - In the living room, the sofa is covered with blankets and I put some pillows to disguise the defects it has! It is forbidden to take the cushions to any other place in the apartment, as well as to mess up the whole sofa, if by chance you mess it up, tidy it up the same way you found it! - When you leave the apartment, the first thing is to pick up the keys! Because the door handles on the entrance doors do not rotate on the outside, if you slam the door and are outside and without the key, you will be locked out and unable to get back into the apartment, be careful! - If you need to wash clothes, please let me know, and if you can't wash them in the apartment, there is a laundromat on the same sidewalk as my building, where you can put them in to wash and wait for them to dry, it is not expensive and you can wash a lot of clothes! - Every day, throw the kitchen and bathroom trash in the building's trash can, inside the trash can in an aluminum door. And recyclable waste such as cans, cardboard boxes, glass, plastic bottles, among other recyclable materials, all need to be without any food or liquid inside, and deposited inside the trash can on the floor! - I am temporarily allowing up to 2 guests per room. It is not allowed to take anyone else to stay in the apartment or sleep in the room. - It is not allowed to use any shared area (living room, hallways, balcony, kitchen, laundry area, etc.) in any swimwear, underwear, shirtless, or without clothes). And it can also not leave the bathroom to the bedroom or vice versa with any bathing clothes (also includes towels and/ or bathrobes). No leaving anything personal in the common areas! As in the house's social bathroom, it is forbidden to leave any personal utensils, and towels must be hung on the clothesline in the service area. - It is not allowed to leave the door of the room open. Each time you enter or leave leave closed. - Marijuana and any other illicit drugs are strictly prohibited! - I deliver the room sanitized and the bathroom too. As well as the other organized shared areas. The maintenance of cleaning and keeping the apartment organized is entirely up to the guest, if you do not want to worry about these details I have an extra cleaning service, if you prefer just let me know. - Every house has hot water, hot water always comes out on the left side, be careful not to turn on the hot water unnecessarily. And in the shower, just turn on the hot water on the left side, wait for it to heat up and add cold water, be careful not to burn yourself because it gets very hot! - Check-in is flexible, there is no obligation of time, the keys are in the building's entrance with the guest's name, after confirmation of the reservation made. On the day of check-in, the guest only needs to identify themselves at the building's front desk, confirming their name and apartment number. (After you have contacted me and confirmed the reservation). - On the day of Check-out, you are allowed to stay in the apartment until midnight of the same day. If you have another guest checking in on the same day as your check-out, check-out is in the morning (if you need to wait longer in the house until the flight or bus time, you can continue in the apartment using the shared areas: living room, kitchen, social bathroom, balcony and service area, until no later than midnight on the same date as the Check-out)!
