Although we endeavour to provide most of the necessities for your stay, we strongly suggest the following should make it to your packing list as we do not provide it: 1. Bed linen — including sleeping bags/duvet/pillow, bed sheets and pillow cases 2. Crockery, Mugs, Glasses, Chopping board, Corkscrew, Cutlery (including sharp knife for chopping/cutting), Frying pan, Saucepan, Tin opener, Water carrier, Washing up bowl etc. There is also a shop onsite with basic food items and camping equipment should you forget anything and excellent meals are served in our local pubs and restaurants – the local pub St Peters Finger just a 10 minute stroll. With under-floor heating and handcrafted by our very own staff onsite, they feature a full size double and two single beds, perfect for two adults and two children to make an exciting base on their Dorset holiday. There’s also a TV and DVD player, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, two ring electric hob, hob kettle, LED lighting and sockets with USB points. We will be delighted to welcome you to Dorset and South Lytchett Manor and personally introduce you to your Glamping Pod stay; after all, it was made by our own hands! A Dorset and British Affair South Lytchett Manor loves to support local businesses, which is why the materials were sourced as close to Dorset as possible. The cast iron traditional wheels were hand poured by Bridport Foundry and the windows were fitted by a Dorsetonian. Timber was sourced from businesses in Poole and all electrical items were sourced from YESS Electricals in Poole. Frame materials were shipped from Wrexham and the 100% sheep wool lining is from Birmingham. They were then handcrafted onsite by us!
