Step into the charming world of Pink Door Cottage, located 1 block from Otsego Lake public access and around the corner from Otsego Lake County Park. Many options for outdoor activities including fishing, swimming, hiking and skiing. Groomed trails are 3-4 miles down the road for snowmobiling as well. We do not offer air. We have a streaming Roku TV without cable. No pets allowed. 4 guest max. Strict 11 am checkout time to ensure proper cleaning for our next guests. The space Small modest charming space to relax and unwind. Full of personal touches to make you feel at home. Guest access Outside space has grill, patio set, picnic table and fire pit. Other things to note Equipped with a furnace. No smoking or vaping allowed INSIDE of cottage. There is a 200 damage fee if found smoking inside of cottage. Must be at least 23 years of age to rent. ID may be required for insurance purposes. Will provide 1-2 rolls of toilet paper. Smart TV (WiFi), no cable, DVD player and movies. There are 2 box fans in closet. No air.
