You will only see the beautiful scenic view and natural forest, hills, rocks, trees, and landscapes, not the neighbours' house roofs or buildings. Its a 100% pure natural view. There is a big difference between seeing the Natural forest hills vs seeing buildings, houses and people. You find this great view from every point of the house. From the rooms, from the living area, from the kitchen, from the yoga hall and also from the Garden. It's not just one good viewpoint. It's from every point you will see these magnificent views. 2. You hardly hear any man-made sounds or voices. You will not hear vehicles honking or their engine sounds or children screaming, or dogs barking. You only hear the birds chirping, the rustling of leaves, the sound of rain, and the sound of water flowing. This is so good for your mind and body. There is a big difference. 3. It's easy to access the Villa from the railway station. If you want to go to the city for shopping or to Kandy city, you could call a three-wheeler/taxi. Or you could walk down 500 meters and even take a bus. Its only 8kms from the Peradeniya Railway/Bus station. It takes only about 2.5 hours to come to Peradeniya Railway Station from Colombo and then you could take a taxi from there. Just 8 kms from the station. 4.
