- The building is located 200 meters from the WATERFRONT. - The penthouse accommodates up to 7 people comfortably. - The apartment has 2 parking spaces - Double Box - (FITS A PICKUP TRUCK). - It has two barbecue grills and a private terrace. - It is located one block from Flávio Boianovski Square - Leisure area with playground for children and beach tennis, soccer and beach volleyball courts. - There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars nearby. The space - The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with portable fans. A suite with a bed, the second bedroom with two single beds and the third at the top with a double bed and another bathroom. - The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a toaster and a blender. - The penthouse has two rooms, on the lower floor it has a smart television with open channels and a sofa, access to a balcony with a barbecue and a dining table. On the upper floor, the living room has a sofa bed with a television and access to the terrace. - It has a washing machine. - Two private barbecue grills. - Access between the upper and lower floors of the penthouse is via a spiral staircase. - We provide pillows. - WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN AND TOWELS. - The internet is private. - We accept pets, more than one will be charged an extra fee to be agreed upon. - The apartment is located on the fifth floor, with an excellent view, front balcony. - The building has an elevator. - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. Guest access Guests will have access to all the apartment's amenities. Other things to note ***WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING AND TOWELS** - Our check-in is from 3 p.m. and our check-out is by 11 a.m. We cordially offer flexibility in these times in case there is no check-in or check-out of other guests. - Pets are welcome as long as they do their necessities outside the apartment, more than one pet will be charged an extra fee to be agreed upon. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - It is forbidden to bring extra guests or visitors without the host's permission. - Quiet hours must be respected. - The building's rules must be respected. - Mandatory use of the bathing access when wearing beach gear and/or with a Pet. - Beach utensils must be washed before taking them into the apartment. - Dishes must be washed. (Otherwise, a R$ 50 fee will be charged at check-out). If any rule is broken, a fine of R$ 800.00 will be charged at check-out.
