You will be getting a lockable private room in a recently built 2 bedroom flat. 2. Bills are included, water, electricity consumption, Internet, aircon if upgraded as per description etc. Fascilities are for fair use only. Unfair use will incur additional charge. Unfair use includes but not limited to leaving aircon running when no one is at the property, wasting water unreasonably, running electrical appliances unncessarily, not turning off the equipments, lights, fan after after using them. 3. We are currently including bills and trying to provide the best quality accommodation. Upgrade costs still applies if any. 4. Location is 4 mins walk to Doonside train station and bus stops which helps to travel to downtown directly and comeback easily. 5. The grocery shops and restaurants are around the railway station, which is about 4 to 5 walking distance. 6. The room price is very low as compared to the facilities in the same area. 7. We don't share the flat as it is separate from the main building. You will be sharing with the bathroom and kitchen with other guests in the second room. 8. There is no one living in the entire flat other than guests who book from airbnb and booking sites. 9. We will change the price as we get completely comfortable with everything. So, it's a great idea to book now. You save more in the current price. 10. Please check the reviews from other guests, too. 11. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours is defined. Please minimise the noise during the quiet hours to provide peaceful and relaxing environment. Unnecessary noise will disturn everyone and neighbourhood. 12. If we terminate your stay due to not following rules, then we will be unable to issue any refund. 13. Violent or illegal activities: We don't allow any violent activities.
