Standard/family suite It has 01 double bed (it is not possible to separate), 02 single beds, private bathroom, minibar, and air conditioning. Outdoor kitchen available for collective use. Bed and bath linens are available. We do not offer breakfast. Property suitable for children over 10 years old (upon request of additional amounts to be charged) We do not accept animals. No smoking on site. The space We follow a Guest House concept, an intimate, exclusively family atmosphere, which provides more tranquility during the stay. With 2 suites available in containers, which are lower-priced due to their compact characteristics, and 7 standard/masonry suites, totaling 9 suites for rent, all of which are private with a bathroom, which makes the environment a very quiet place, it is the perfect choice to be isolated in a place close to the beach, without much hustle and bustle. Guest access We are located in the commercial area of the Itamambuca subdivision, where we offer private accommodations surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, 5 minutes from the exuberant Itamambuca Beach, next to the bakery and a few steps from restaurants, a winery and small markets. The vehicle is parked in front of the property. We are in the northern region of the city of Ubatuba/SP, 12 km from the city center, and 60 km from the city of Paraty/RJ. Other things to note The daily rates are established according to the period of use of the services, type of accommodation and number of occupants. Changes to dates, times of entry and departure, number of people, or type of accommodation will cause changes in rates.
