Guest access Entire space plus patio, BBQ grill , front sitting area with fountain Other things to note Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7 * Access to the garage storage may be needed; guests will be notified in advance * Small gatherings are permitted upon notice and additional fee will be charged (cleaning purposes) * Guests without registration will be charged a $40 dllr fee per night * Xtra Guest $20 dllr fee per night *Smoking ONLY allowed outside the house, if caught smoking inside a fee will be charged. * No pets
