Apartment Paradis is a modern, comfortable apartment - just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Morzine town centre. It is tucked just off the main road, allowing you to enjoy the stunning, peaceful surroundings. Parking is available if you decide to drive over to Morzine. However, without a car, the apartment is perfectly positioned to catch the free ski buses (A&D) that will take you to all the ski areas of Morzine, and Avoriaz! The closest bus stop (D-bus) is only 25m away. The space The apartment The open plan lounge/diner has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a smartTV, and a large, comfy sofa (which is also a sofa bed). Each of the two bedrooms can be configured as a king, or twin, making the apartment perfect for families, or groups of friends alike! There is one shared bathroom, with a full-sized bath and shower above, and a separate WC. Town centre amenities It is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment down to the Mairie. There are lots of lovely restaurants and lively bars surrounding the Mairie, and up the Rue du Bourg. The supermarket is a further 1 minute walk beyond the Mairie, or you can drive down there in under 2 minutes. The swimming pool and ice-rink are just beyond the supermarket. If you walk beyond the Mairie for a further 5 minutes you will be right in the heart of Morzine. Access to the ski areas The apartment is less than a minute away from the closest ski bus stop. The D bus will take you to the Super-Morzine (for access to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil ski area) in about 3 minutes, and then continues over to the Pleney (for access to the Morzine/Let Gets ski area). The closest A bus stop is about a 3 minute walk away - depending on how fast you can move in ski boots! The A bus runs between the Prodains lift (for direct access to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil ski area) and the Pleney (for access to the Morzine/Les Gets ski area). Guest access The apartment sits underneath Chalet Paradis. The properties can be booked together to accommodate larger groups of up to 16 people. The apartment has its own front door access, parking for two cars, and a spacious outside seating area with outdoor seating and a table and chairs. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunsets in the warm summer evenings, or for watching the kids building a snowman in the winter.
