The space Welcome to MyHome Florida! A 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home in a quiet neighborhood with private pool that sleeps 6 MyHome Florida, just 4 miles from Siesta Key Beach (a 10-min drive) or 2 miles to Crescent Beach. The House: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Stocked with pots, pans, knives, dishes, and coffee makers. Breakfast bar with 4 stools. The living room features a 65" smart TV with cable and Netflix. Dining area with a table for 6. Full-size washer and dryer in the garage. THE POOL & BACKYARD: Lounge in the fully private pool area. The 8,000-gallon pool can be heated to 84 degrees (Pool Heat Pump: $25 per day usage fee for stays below 15 days from Oct to April). Enjoy outdoor living in a screened area with a dining table, lounge set, and gas firepit. Propane BBQ grill available. Ping-pong table and toss bag game provided. Fully fenced backyard and fully screened pool area for complete privacy and comfort. BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with a queen bed, 55" TV, nightstands, dresser, and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with a queen bed, 55" TV, and closet. Third bedroom with 2 twin beds, 32" TV, and closet. Second bathroom with a bathtub. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers provided. All bath towels and linens included. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves, including the private pool area and backyard BBQ grill, outdoor sitting area and fire pit. Other things to note Important Rules: Considerate Conduct: Please be considerate of neighbors by avoiding loud music or yelling in the pool area at all times (loud music is strictly prohibited). Parking and Gate Policy: Ensure safety, privacy, and comfort by always parking your car under the carport with the gate closed. Reserve the driveway for guests only. Your cooperation is appreciated. Scheduled Services: Trash pickup every Wednesday. Saltwater pool maintenance every Tuesday . Strict No Fireworks Policy: The use of fireworks anywhere on the property or in the vicinity is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in an automatic fine to cover any penalties or damages incurred, and may lead to immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Guests will be fully responsible for any fines issued by the city, HOA, or other authorities due to unauthorized firework use. By booking, you agree to comply with this policy. Quiet Hours: Please be considerate at ALL TIMES, especially in the pool area. From 10 PM to 8 AM, quiet hours must be strictly observed—this means no music, only low-tone conversations, and no activities that create noise outdoor to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. BBQ Grill Use: If using the grill, please clean it after each use. Do not place hot items on non-heat-resistant surfaces. Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately. ~~Safety First~~ Pool & Backyard: The private pool is fully screened but unfenced. Supervise children around the pool, grill, and fire pit at all times. Guests and guardians assume responsibility for their safety, releasing owners/hosts from liability for any injuries. Glassware Policy: No glassware in the pool area. Please use provided plastic glasses and plates to avoid additional cleaning fees for broken glass. Avoid wiping makeup on towels! Do not flush anything other than toilet papers. Additional charges may apply for clogs plumbing or damaged towels. No shoes in the house The thermostat is set to a minimum of 72°F. Please contact the owner for support. Pet Policy: No dogs or pets allowed in the home. Property Damage: Guests are accountable for property damage and will be charged for repair or replacement as needed. Guests must report any observed damage within 2 days of check-in.
