Historic soldier's cottage in scenic surroundings. The rustic and charming cottage is located on a private road in the heart of Sörmland overlooking the forest, meadows, village and lake. The space The house is a soldier's cottage from the 18th century in its original condition. Downstairs there is the house heart, the amazing fireplace located in a large social kitchen with simple cooking facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a smaller living room with comfortable lounge. The upstairs is an open loft with one double and one single bed. Please note that the house is original with low ceiling height, exposed beams, high thresholds and a narrow staircase upstairs. The property includes a nice and modern "bathhouse" with shower, toilet and washing machine. This is where you get water for the kitchen. There are also two lovely guest houses, one of which is larger with a covered porch, an airy living room and a loft with two single beds. The second guest house has a comfortable bunk bed, a wooden deck with a breakfast area, sun chairs and a wonderful view of the lake. At the cottage, there is an area for outdoor living with barbecue and outdoor furniture and in the lush garden grows old apple trees and torparrosas.
