Our basement apartment is ideal for one to two guests—couples, friends, solo and business travelers. We have provided keyless access so you can come and go as you please. We do live on the main floor of this house, so those desiring silence may prefer to seek alternate accommodations. The space This is a spacious one bedroom apartment located in the basement of our home suitable for single travelers, couples, or parents and a baby or toddler. You’ll have keyless access via August Home to a separate entrance to come and go as you please. We live in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh and in the heart of Cary. Guest access You’ll have access to a spacious one bedroom apartment, a patio with a sofa, bartop, outdoor dining and a fire pit with seating. Other things to note We live upstairs and have three children and a dog, so you will hear us in the morning and evening on weekdays and throughout the day on the weekends. We provide starter supplies of basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and toiletries, but if guests run out during a longer stay they are required to purchase these items for their own use.
