Villa View consists of two separate apartments for 8 persons each for a total maximum of 16 guests with stunning views of Lake Como, Isola Comacina and surrounding mountains. The space Registration number CIR: 013252-CIM-00006 "The View" is a luxurious home consisting of 8 air-conditioned bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The ground floor and first floor lead to a large private garden and an extensive terrace-balcony, respectively. Eight bedrooms: 4 with queen size beds, 4 with twin single beds. Eight fully equipped bathrooms: 6 en-suite bathrooms (4 with shower cubicle; 2 with bath tub/shower over), 2 separate bathrooms with shower cubicle. Two open-plan living-dining-kitchen spaces are located on the ground and first floor. These spacious areas are furnished with comfortable seating surrounded by windows with an abundance of light. The living area on the first floor has folding doors leading to a large 'dress circle' terrace with gorgeous wide views, ideal for alfresco dining and Aperativo, or simply relaxing. The ground floor living area leads to a large private garden. A dining table for eight is to be found in both spaces adjacent to the fully-fitted kitchens featuring full-size fridges with separate freezer, dishwasher, oven and cooktop. Swimming Pool: Above the Villa, to the rear, a private swimming pool offers a sunny terrace with lounges and umbrellas. Other things to note The air-conditioning is in all bedrooms and not in the living space which is indoor/outdoor living. There is free parking for two cars and should there be further cars there is a cost of euro 20 per night. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m x 1,5m deep.
