What is it like to live in a country villa surrounded by peaceful green hills in Tuscany, enjoying the little things and taking it slow? Come and find it out at Villa San Martino Organic Farm in Montepulciano, in the heart of one of the world’s most famous wine countries. The space Fattoria San Martino is a eco-friendly home that my wife Karin and I built ourselves according to the principles of bio-architecture. We used natural materials and organic linens. We offer three Suites and one Junior Suites. Our Suites are spacious and airy, flooded with light and furnished in handcraft style with non-allergenic and recycled materials. Each Suite features a private bathroom with shower, a King Size bed with cotton non-allergenic futon mattress, cotton and millet pillows, high-quality bedlinen in natural fiber, hardwood floor treated with beeswax, a wall heating system for a constant, cozy ambient temperature, air conditioning. Please not that heat and energy at Fattoria San Martino are produced from renewable sources. The property also features a garden with a waterlily green pond, a lovely little corner to read a book, swim or just lay in the sun. Our restaurant San Martino 3 offers delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine as well as a high quality selection of organic wines and local beers. Breakfast is made everyday with fresh and organic local products. Guest access We are pleased to grant our guests full access to our property. Please enjoy the garden and the pond and find your favorite spot where to relax and get wonderful views over Montepulciano and the Tuscan landscape.
