Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This entire apartment is approximately 600 ft.² and the ceiling is only 6 feet high at the highest point of the loft bedroom. The loft bedroom certainly has a "tiny house" feel just completed 12/22 This is a detached apartment on the back of my property, it is located inside of my fenced in backyard. It has a separate entrance thru my side yard. We are located 1.5 miles from Lexington hospital in about 2 miles from downtown Columbia The space The downstairs consist of one room containing the TV couch and the sitting chair, and the sink, eating area microwave , refrigerator, and bathroom. Upstairs there is a very small loft bedroom, where the ceiling is only 6 foot high in the middle at its highest point. It has a queen size bed, and one small futon and a chest of drawers This apartment comes with 1 parking place When it is time to check out, please leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor. If your stay is longer than one week, just let me know when you need a fresh set of towels.
