Villa Febea is an historic residence dating back to the 1700's, originally a retreat for Cardinals as a perfect place for relaxation.The villa is reached by an enchanting cypress tree lined drive and is surrounded by 16 hectares of beautiful grounds where there is an Etruscan Grotta. The space The villa is laid out as follows : Ground Floor. -Large sitting room where guests can gather and dine together -Large Kitchen -Bathroom -Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom suitably equipped for guests with disabilities First floor -Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms Second floor -Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom Third Floor - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom all with en-suite bathroom ANNEX 1 Adjacent to the villa there is a small annex on two floors Ground Floor. -Breakfast Room First Floor. - One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom - One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom You’ll find plenty of historic charm in Italy and Villa Febea is ideally situated for excursions to Florence, Rome, Siena, and the wineries at Montepulciano. We are in the middle of Italy, only 5 minutes from the motorway exit of CHIUSI, even a day trip to the sea on either side is not too long a distance. Infinity Salt Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of March until the first Saturday of November. On Request it's possible to posticipate the closure, located in a carefully manicured garden just 10 meters from the villa. The rectangular pool measures 12 x 5 m, with a depth of 1, 50 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is pavement. Swimming pool heated on request. Chiusi or Camars, as the Etruscans called it, is a very pleasant town and very much worth a visit. -CETONA is a charming medieval town of etruscan origins, listed as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. Its archeological sites are impressive and the views of the Italian countryside breathtaking. IN HOUSE SERVICE ON REQUEST: WELCOME DINNER - after a long journey you might not want to go out to a restaurant to eat or prepare something yourself, then this may be an interesting solution for you. Our in house cooking service will make a simple and light dinner for you with a fine selection of appetizers, a pasta dish and bruschette & good wine, naturally. - BREAKFAST IN THE VILLA - every morning, in the dedicated charming Breakfast room with outside patio, we can prepare a wholesome breakfast with traditional products of the region. A staff member will be there to prepare yummy coffee, Italian famous cappuccino with a Buffet breakfast at your disposal with freshly baked croissants, local cheese, hams scrambled eggs ,bacon, fruit , cakes, juices and yogurt and and and -COOKING CLASS – Our guests will have the pleasure of learning how to prepare delicious, handmade pasta. An experienced chef will introduce you to this fine and very Italian art. -TRADITIONAL DINNER - A typical Tuscan dinner can be booked.
