There is a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms (1x double bed + 1x small double bed) on the upper floor. There are two sofas in the living room. A maximum of 5 people will be accepted. You have to go upstairs by stairs, there is no elevator. There is a large veranda and backyard. There is free parking for 2 cars parallel to the street in front of the venue. There is access to 2 of the 3 rooms on the upper floor. There is no access to the underground garage. All other rooms and the garden can be used. Every day the boilerman comes and adjusts the boiler, you just enjoy your warm home. The pearl of the North Aegean, Cunda is very rich in terms of gastronomy.
