The space ★ Entire Single Storey Terrace House Homestay is Fully Furnished and comes with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms that can perfectly accommodate a complete family size up to 8 people features:- - Bedroom 1: 1 Kind Size Bed + Single Bed (Family Room). - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed for 2 people. - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size Bed + Single Bed (Family Room). - Bathroom 2: Common area. ★ All bedroom furnished with aircond & ceiling fans ★ Extra Bed: If request an extra bed or more than 8 people, we will provide an extra pillow, blanket & towel with extra charges of RM30 per person per night) for 1 person. * The setup fee for an extra bed will be waived if you let us know 1 day before check-in. However, if our helper is available on or after the check-in day, an additional RM30 will be charged for transportation to facilitate the arrangement for our helper to set up. * We charge based on headcount to ensure the additional people have a comfortable stay. The Facilities:- 30 sec to Central Square/UTC/KTM 1 min to Sungai Petani town/Econsave/KFC/ Clock Tower. 10 mins to Village Mall/Lotus Utara/Metro Hospital/Tol Selatan 12 mins to Amanjaya Mall/ Pantai Hospital/Tol Utara 15 mins to Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim ★ A lot of restaurants & food stalls (Chinese/India/Malay) nearby this area. Guest access Guest may use all facilities are provided. Other things to note BASIC HOUSE RULES:- ➤ RM200 security deposit will be collected. Will refund upon check out and we confirm our guest didn’t violate our house rules and T&C that we notice in advance. ➤ MUST 1-day advance notice is required of early check-in or late check-out, so we can arrange cleaner to clean your unit first or do it later. This service got extra charges of RM30 per hour. Without permission, early check-in or late check-out will be an extra charge of RM60. If staying more than 1 hour before check-in or past check-out time is unauthorized, you are responsible for paying that day base rate, or if incoming guests do cancel, you need to compensate for our loss. ➤ NO PETS ARE ALLOW. ➤ STRICTLY NO SMOKING and NO VAPING inside Homestay. Will fine RM200. ➤ Light cooking is allowed. ➤ Please save electricity, off when not in use. For check out: 1. Make sure all garbage & food waste is thrown in the trash outside the house. 2. Make sure disposable diapers are not left in the bathroom, and thrown in the trash outside the house. 3. Make sure all switches are turned off especially the iron, aircons and ligths. 4. Make sure all doors are locked before leaving the premises.
