You can also enjoy the pool and chilling areas on the property. Perfect for a family/friends trip and/or work remote. The space The apartment is newly completed. It's on the second floor of the property. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room & kitchen are open concept and have large windows with a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, blender, stove with oven and refrigerator. There are enough cooking utensils and crockery for 4 people. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet, and air conditioning. The secondary room has 2 twin size beds, a closet and a fan. The bathroom has hot water and is for the exclusive use of the apartment. The apartment is located 10-min walk away from "downtown" Montañita where you can find lots of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ATM and a grocery store. If you're a surfer, you'll enjoy the wide beach break straight in front of the property and the famous right point break -La Punta-, located 15-min walk away. Guest access Check-in is contactless with keypad door locks. The apartment is located on the second floor of the Villa. It's inside a gated property amongst 4 other units. There is a main entrance, accessible with a keypad lock. The pool area, chilling area, outdoor kitchen/dining area and hammock area is shared only with other guests. Other things to note The property is intended mostly for mid to long term rentals, in a quiet and family atmosphere. Room cleaning is included during your stay, 2 to 3 times per week. Sheets, towels and amenities are included. There is public parking outside the property. Peace of mind is important to us, so it is not suitable for parties or loud noise.
