It is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the city center, the marina and the beach. Just 40 minutes from the center of Athens and close to El. The space The villa consists of two levels, one of which is for rent. The ground floor accommodates three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms that can accommodate 6 people (maximum 8), including the (sofa bed) in the living room. A large living room, spacious dining room, living room with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large TV with a large corner sofa. Outside, there are two verandas with seating for relaxation. The front terrace leads to the garden and pool, the other to the back to the BBQ (PRIVATE). There is space outside the villa where cars can be parked freely. All open spaces are equipped with mosquito nets, shutters and air conditioning. And of course the villa has its own entrance and the use of the pool and BBQ is exclusively for guests.
