The space Welcome to the Dawg House! Stadium Village is right in the heart of Athens. You can access the Oconee Greenway trail just steps from the complex to enjoy the beautiful river views. Walk to downtown or the stadium in under a mile. The front door to your freshly cleaned unit leads to the den. The comfy sofa is great for naps after exploring or maybe a big brunch at Mama's Boy just around the corner. The HD TV located in the den is ready for you to sign in to your favorite streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped, but let's get to the important part - the coffee situation! There is a Kuerig and k cups along with creamers for your enjoyment! There is a toaster and microwave for a quick breakfast. You'll find plenty of dishes and glassware along with all the utensils needed for a great meal. Trash bags, dish soap and a roll of paper towels will be provided. The bedroom off the den has a queen bed and the sliding doors that lead to the balcony give great light but have curtains to can block out the morning sun. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a bunk bed with a desk underneath, a comfy chair, and dresser. You will find an updated closet for your belongings. The bathroom has everything you need, including a tub for the little dawg fans. You'll find a hair dryer, an iron, and toiletries provided. The balcony will be your space to recharge after enjoying all that historic Athens has to offer!
