Beautiful renovated pebble building of 200 m² on a property of 5000 m². Our cottage offers you the quiet of the countryside and the proximity of amenities. It's a place to rest and breathe. Its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and the Vercors is exceptional. Large salt pool (10x5) shared with our family and open in fine weather. Bookings in July and August from Saturday or Sunday for a minimum of 7 nights. The space In addition to the 8 beds, there is the possibility of adding up to 3 baby cribs. In detail: - large living room, kitchen with cathedral ceiling and wood-burning stove (50 m²), - second living room with connected TV (22 m²), - on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and 1 single bed 90 x 190, 1 walk-in shower room with toilet, - upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and an office area, 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90 x 190, bathroom, separate toilet, library and games area. Outside: - private covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, hammocks, unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and sunsets, - large private garden with deckchairs and ping pong table, - large salt pool (10 m x 5 m), shared with our family from 9 am to 8 pm, - shared play area for children with trampoline and swing, - parking spaces. NEW: WiFi via fiber optics. We are 7 minutes from the first supermarket + bakery + pharmacy. Equipment for young children available (baby cribs, baby mattress, baby sheets, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat, play mat, toys, children's books) and on loan (Red Castle all-terrain stroller). Other things to note Check-in and checkout inventory. During school holiday periods and the summer period, we only accept weekly rentals (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday). If you have any special needs, please let us know. Excluding school holidays, 2 nights minimum. For weekend rentals (2 nights from late Friday afternoon), you have the option to enjoy Sunday at the cottage on request.
