A Calm & Quiet Stay, North of Antwerp (Ginkgo)

The Ginkgo is 1 of 2 the guest rooms in our wooden house, in a forest residential area, 30 mins north of Antwerp . The bnb is our hobby, open occasionally with the aim to share our happiness to similar minded guests who love peaceful environment; who value, appreciate the same quality. We use organic products for all wall painting, floor cleaning and bedding laundering. The fresh air is filtered by HEPA distributed directly to each bedroom. Breakfast & brunch is extra charged. The space The private Ginkgo guest room with a private bathroom & WC (not en- suit) is located on the first floor facing the front of the house. Guests will stay under the same roof of the two owners in their private section. Only some nights there will be other guests staying in the Grape room, which is on the same floor, but has its own separated section as well. Cooking food and smoking are not allowed. Food, snacks, and drinks can be consumed only in a shared breakfast room on the ground floor. Please respect the check-in time starting from 18:00. Guest access The guests will have their own private bedroom & private ensuit shower room , but private NOT ensuit WC on the first floor. A shared reading room & a shared dining room are provided downstairs. During your stay Hosts will stay under the same roof as guests. All the correspondences I write is in English. If you would read in other languages, the translation program from airbnb might confuse you. If things are not clear, please enquire. Other things to note We will accept only the booking that is read & booked by the real guest(s). Otherwise, we must be informed in advance. We have cutie ducks and geese at the back yard. They stay separated from guests. They can make noise in some seasons. Eating & drinking is NOT allowed in the bedroom, except water. If you wish to consume anything, please do it in a dining room downstairs. Please remove your shoes.
