Welcome to our lakefront getaway. We cherish the magic of Disney, and furnished this house with our Disney passion. Our decor is largely retired Disney furniture, so if you're not a fan, this may not be choice for you. This rancher has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 7 beds. We are committed to ensuring a stress-free stay. We don't have a long list of chores for you to do LOL 15 minutes from Sanford Airport, an hour away from MCO Orlando Airport & Disney, or explore Daytona Beach 45 minutes away We have added 24" Smart TV's to each room, we have a 55" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the social/kitchen area. Each TV is logged into Amazon Prime and Netflix. We have a dedicated work area in the master bedroom and in the common area with USB and power connections. All space is accessible except the garage. The garage can be made accessible on a case by case basis i.e. if you are traveling by motorcycle and need to keep it inside. Please contact us in advance to discuss. We cannot make the garage available for last-minute bookings or without significant and advance notice. Please send communication through the Airbnb app. We have a network of contractors we use if any issue arrises. Deltona is like one giagantic neighborhood. We have stayed many times and consider the neighborhood to be quiet and dog friendly. We have a driveway that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Additionally, there is loose stone that may be suitable to park vehicles on - we do. We also don't have an issue parking on the front yard as long as all four wheels are off the road and the car is facing the correct direction of traffic otherwise they like to issue tickets. If you are looking to book a short stay or are traveling alone, please contact us. If the mess is nominal and we don't have much to do to prepare the house for the next guest we will work with you on the cleaning fee. 11 guests can be accommodated with an air mattress on site. Welcome to Central Florida. This is the land of bugs, snakes, turtles, sand cranes, and frequent rain. We do our best to control these crawling and flying things. This means, we spray monthly for pests. Due to frequent rain, our grass crew sometimes has to cut grass between rain showers and while we try and schedule between guests, it doesn’t always happen. We also have a dehumidifier in the living room that runs 24/7 to keep the humidity below 55% inside. It is important it is left plugged in and not tampered with to control condensation.
