The Dover Green Den is a charming 2 bedroom (+ loft), 2 bathroom townhome with the cozy cabin feel you're looking for. Located in the Dover Green community of the Mount Snow Ski Area, a short 5-minute shuttle ride will ensure you get a first chair run. But the unlimited firewood will tempt you to play games and watch movies all day! The DG Den was fully re-furnished in late 2022. And then in late 2023, a new gas range and dishwasher were installed. The sleeping areas include the two bedrooms on the main level and a loft above the living room. The first bedroom includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen smart tv, and entry to the washer and dryer. The second bedroom includes a full-sized bed and flat-screen smart tv. The loft includes two twin-sized beds, a full-size sleeping futon, and flat-screen smart tv. A perfect space for the kids and their video games. Both bathrooms are located on the main level with one standup shower and one bathtub/shower combination. The eat-in kitchen is found on the upper level and features upper and lower cabinets with plenty of storage and counter space. It comes fully-equipped with all small appliances, utensils, bakeware, complimentary K-cups, tea bags, spices, and anything else you think you may need. Also on the upper level is the large living area with a sprawling sleeper sofa, oversized reading chair, and the fan favorite, wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is included and unlimited. Fresh linens and towels are provided based on the number of guests. Guests will have access to everything except the owner's closet. I will be available by phone (text or voice) and also through app messaging. During the winter, four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended but not necessary. Plows do service the neighborhood but for obvious reasons are not prioritized during big storms. The state of Vermont also offers a free shuttle service called the MOOver. The nearest shuttle stop is at Twice Blessed. Upon exiting the neighborhood, make a right and Twice Blessed will be on your right. Even better: if you can plan ahead, the MOOver will stop right in the neighborhood if scheduled with 24 non-weekend hours in advance.
