The outdoor sauna and shower, surrounded by greenery and lavender, make your stay here unforgettable. The space The KoppenHerberg was a farm in the early 1900s and was first renovated into a private home in 1972. In the summer of 2019, the house was completely renovated and expanded into a vacation home. A gem with a unique location in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes. In this luxurious and cozy furnished vacation home, you can comfortably stay with 15 people. With no less than 7 bedrooms, 6 shower options, 4 toilets, a modern kitchen and a spacious living space with beautiful views, you will enjoy all the facilities for a successful stay. With numerous services, which are included in the price, such as bed and bath linen, freshly ground coffee and tea, an Aqualex tap with delicious drinking water, a media corner, screens and an electric charging station, we want to take care of you as much as possible. Your hostess and host have also paid a lot of attention to a sleek yet cozy interior. To give you the warm "home" feeling in a luxurious setting. All bedrooms have their own identity thanks to the walls covered with beautiful landscape photos by Bart Heirweg. Upstairs there is parquet flooring everywhere, which gives the first floor and the bedrooms an intimate atmosphere. Downstairs, you can fully enjoy panoramic views of the Flemish Ardennes or relax by the cozy fireplace. We have deliberately chosen an open kitchen, so that cooking is also a cozy activity, together with your friends, family or colleagues. Guest access In the KoppenHerberg, there is private parking space for 8 to 10 cars. There is also a garage that can be securely locked to store bicycles. In this garage there are also bicycle tools, a bicycle pump, extra garden furniture, cushions for the garden furniture and outdoor toys for small and large provided. Feel free to use the pressure washer and the suspension system to clean your bikes. Other things to note At the KoppenHerberg, we strive for a comfortable and carefree stay. Therefore, the final cleaning, bed and bath linen and all expenses such as gas and electricity are included in the price. In the KoppenHerberg, we have been inspired by some Norwegian principles: Respect for nature and each other; Honesty and trust; Shoes off when entering the home; Leave the vacation home in the same condition as you found the vacation home at check-in. Thank you in advance for following this Scandinavian philosophy in the KoppenHerberg. A deposit of €750 is requested. After check-out, the KoppenHerberg is checked for any damage or loss. After checking, the deposit will be refunded to the account, maximum 7 days after check-out. In the event of damage or loss, the costs of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit. Did you drop something, break something, or damage something? No worries, accidents can happen. Please report this to the host after your stay. Then we can discuss together whether or not this will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking is prohibited inside the house or to organize parties. Out of respect for the neighbors and the quiet region, we ask to mute the sound between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. (music, shouting, etc.). Pets are not allowed. Please return (moved) furniture, (kitchen) supplies and facilities to their original place after use.
