Very cozy house in one of the most charming neighborhoods of Garopaba. It is very close to the beach and a beautiful square for the kids to play. The neighborhood is quiet, excellent for a good walk and is minutes from the center. The house has two outdoor areas, a balcony facing the street and a patio in the back where the barbecue and laundry with the washing machine are located. The mood of the house is totally beachy and very functional, ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rest! The space The house is complete and sleeps up to 8 people very well. It has 1 en-suite with a double bed + 2 bedrooms: each with two single beds and an auxiliary bed. The single bed mattresses are of excellent quality and have a pillow and can be joined to form a beautiful double bed (without gaps between the mattresses). And it has "split" air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.
